Pizza (instructions for the bread maker)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Water 200 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
(15 g)
Dry yeast 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • For me, 99% of the deliciousness of a pizza is always related to the dough. Because what is put on top - it may depend on what is currently in the refrigerator or even on which leg to wake up))
  • You can just brush it with ketchup and sprinkle with grated cheese .. and that's it ..
  • Filling pizza is like a Chukchi song - "What I see, I sing" :))

The dish is designed for

2 pieces with a diameter of 26 cm.

Note

I just made a pizza according to the recipe given in the instructions for the HP. I liked it very much)) I bring it just in case.

I have been looking for a good test for a long time. I liked it, but all the same .. I'll look a little bit - I want to increase the friability by 10 percent :)) Therefore, the experiments are still ahead))

Well ..)) For me, 99% of the deliciousness of pizza is always related to the dough.
The temperature and baking time of the pizza with the same ingredients allowed different and rather unexpected results.
So it depends not only on the test ...

Since today I did it in the microwave

Somehow I didn't think about microwave ...
We do it in the oven. At 150about it turns out juicy and melts in the mouth, at 220about can be used as a throwing disc, crispy, both are good in their own way.
Accordingly, the first is "slow baking", the second is "fast".

Thanks for the idea - I'll experiment with these parameters. Since today I did it in the microwave on a program specifically for pizza - 70% microwaves + top grill - 7 minutes ..
Next time I'll try to change it by adding covection. I think that the temperature should be 180-200 degrees?

The thing is, I don't have an oven. I replaced it with a hob and a microwave oven with convection) I really like it))

Tell me, is the pizza thin or thick according to this recipe?
And then I'm looking for a recipe for a thick and soft pizza, we don't like thin and crunchy.
Korata
Probably, in theory, it should be thick, because there is another recipe called Thin pizza. But I don't like the fat one - I rolled it out thinly, but it got up anyway. The dough is soft, elastic, pliable.

I just made a pizza according to the recipe given in the instructions for the HP. I liked it very much)), just in case, I quote:

Dry yeast - 0.5 tsp.
Wheat flour - 300 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tbsp. l.
Butter - 1 tbsp. l. (15 g)
Water - 200 ml

The kneading was enough for 2 pieces with a diameter of 26 cm.
Korata, can you describe in more detail how you made pizza? I kneaded the dough according to this recipe - it turned out to be very liquid, I had to add a large amount of flour to somehow roll it out.

In this recipe, I added 1 tablespoon of dry mashed potatoes (no additives or preservatives).
Everything else - as in the recipe, only instead of butter - 1.5 tablespoons of mustard
It turned out great! Not anymore....

Korata, thanks!
Yesterday I made the dough according to your recipe in a bread machine and baked in the microwave grill + microwaves - 7 minutes.
It turned out just remarkable, especially since in just 15 minutes I had 2 pizzas with a very soft baked base ready. Since the lower crust is white due to microwaves, I put it in a hot dry frying pan for 1 minute and the bottom also turned out to be ruddy.
Fast, easy and delicious.

do you accept to the company? ))

Korata, thanks for the dough recipe! True, it seemed to me that there was not enough flour (maybe I measured it wrong with a measuring cup), and added 4 tbsp. l., so that at least some kolobok turned out, otherwise everything would stick to the walls ... 10 minutes at the maximum would be enough, I put 15, overexposed. But in general, delicious and thin pizza turned out, thanks !!!!!!!

The gingerbread man has not formed, you need to watch and add more flour.
