For two servings of broccoli there were 250 g in the freezer with a package, 1.5 cups of broth, a slightly smaller than medium onion and a large clove of garlic. instead of cream - 2 tablespoons of good sour cream, half a spoonful of sugar poured in half a spoon and half a lavrushka for a short time.
I didn't smear the bread, I just fried it on butter on both sides, sprinkled it with cheese and covered it with a lid from the saucepan with soup right in the frying pan, it melted while I was priming the soup.
Very fast, convenient and very tasty!
