Lightweight Mimosa salad

Ingredients

canned pink salmon 1 can
eggs С-1 4 pieces

low fat cheese 100g
curd mayonnaise sauce 50-100 grams
vinegar for pickling onions Little

Cooking method

  • Boil eggs. After boiling, no more than 10 minutes, then the yolk will not acquire a bluish bloom. Cool and peel the boiled eggs. Remove the protein carefully. Finely chop the protein from 3 eggs.
  • Peel pink salmon from bones and thick skin. Mash with a fork.
  • Peel the onion, chop finely. Pour boiling water over, leave for 5 - 10 minutes. Then drain the water and pour in some vinegar. Let it brown a little.
  • Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  • Place the molding ring on the plate. I cut off the bottom of the plastic bucket.
  • Put the fish, chopped proteins on top of the fish. Lubricate with mayonnaise sauce.
  • The next layer will be pickled onions. Put grated cheese on the onion. Lubricate with mayonnaise sauce.
  • Decorate with grated yolks and slices of whites.
  • We put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for impregnation.
