Manya, a wonderful and very suitable recipe for us, because we do not really like all kinds of spices. We always cook duck for the new year. This year I decided to cook not a whole, but legs, since now they have appeared on sale everywhere. So your recipe is very timely. Thank you
Sonadora
Irina, Lyudmilathanks girls. I would be glad if you like it.

Sonadora, Manya, thanks for the recipe! I prepared duck legs according to your recipe, it turned out very tasty!
Sonadora
Pavlena, Lena, to your health! I'm glad the recipe came in handy.
If possible, to me on "you".
Elena Tim
Well you are a spyooooonka, Manya! How are you Stirlitz!
Why didn't you immediately give me a link to your recipe? Modestly so she advised the temperature and ran away. Then again quietly mumbled about the quince and again - go, and Mani is not there.

Listen, well, you have pictures ... and I just want to go and bury my own, Schaub is not a disgrace.
I like my pictures very often ...exactly until I see yours or Gulins (Pears). Immediately I start yelling: "Well, de they take so much light ?!"

Now I will definitely do it with quince, just a must! I love it, but I cooked mostly only with lamb (a Tashkent habit). So, there is a reason to diversify the menu repertoire.
THANK YOU both for your help and for this recipe!
Sonadora
Lenus, thank you dear! Now I have duck legs in plans according to your recipe.

Are you kidding me? After your photos, half of the forum, and I am among them, cannot sleep. Bo only one desire arises - to run to the refrigerator and urgently eat something!

Come on! And I, like a fool, run around with lamps!

Sciiiiiiii!
Sonadora
Lenus, I think my level is not the one to teach someone. I can only show which "levers" I pull.

Here are today's photos. It was cloudy during the day.

Oh, so it's brightness and contrast. And I was talking about light. But now, after your words and seeing the first photo, I understand that you still can't do without daylight. Because even in cloudy weather, the photo is bright. And all mine are like from a cave. I live on the ground floor, we don't have a lot of light, especially at this time of the year.
Lan, thank you, Manyun. I’ll go and stand up to the lamps, I’ll have them at hand.
Sonadora
Yes, without daylight.

I never got used to taking pictures with lamps. Collect the lightbox - hands do not reach.
In Photoshop, first of all, Image - Correction - Levels and Curves I correct, because * opa on the sources.

Sonadora, Manechka, thanks for the recipe!
I didn't have a photo, I didn't have the strength to photograph, the day I cooked it, and by the evening it turned out that I had a sore throat - fever and other joys.
But now I have recovered and I want to thank. The dish is very simple, no problems, but it turns out very tasty and the duck is surprisingly soft. And the quince is incomparable. I got very tanned even without a grill, next time I'll cover it with foil for the first hour, and pour some water into a baking sheet. But these are the features of the oven. I will definitely repeat and maybe even take a picture.
Sonadora
Svetochka, Get well! Thanks for trying the duck. I'm glad you like it.
Loremia
Maaan, so this is how it is! Yummy!! At least be torn between you and Timkina! In the oak shop, on NG I will definitely cook a duck.

Today I looked at the store quince (solid)
in general, the quince is hard ..
Loremia
kristina1, my mother-in-law brought me not an oak, stone, but like an apple, a little soft ... She baked the chicken with her. So I ask how best

I had a completely oak, cut it with difficulty, but in the oven everything was miraculously baked and softened. My husband and I snatched this quince from each other.

And the children did not eat quince - there were fewer competitors.

Loremia
SvetaI, that's great! Now you definitely need to do

Oh, vooot, what a "vutka"!
And I, by the way, already got some quince and ordered a duck.

Shine, similarly. My son didn’t eat the quince, and my husband and I almost fought over it. I liked it, baked with duck, even more than with lamb.

Loremia, I also had oak. Cut each into eight pieces. Two hours in the oven was enough for her. If baked in the sleeve, then it has time to bake in an hour and a half.

Lenus, waiting for your authoritative opinion.

I ordered a duck.
Now it is clear why I could not buy today. Timkina bought the whole duck.

I, too, almost chopped mine with an ax to clean out the core, and then with the Alligator in six seconds shuranula. So I came across an interesting quince: for all its apparent hardness, it boiled down into trash in 15 minutes when I cooked the jam. Well, I accidentally glanced into the pan, otherwise it would finally be mashed potatoes. And so I managed to pour sugar in and boil for a couple of minutes. The result is a gorgeous jam with pieces of fruit. Now I'm afraid to stick the remaining two pieces into the duck. And it will turn out like with apples - mashed potatoes in the skin.

No, no, someone else naughty, honestly. I have just ordered so far (they sent a text message to the butcher, he will whistle as he brings it)
So, I'm out of business, I can't see the age of will.
