Ingredients

Sugar 150 g
Eggs (I have c1, you can have c2) 2
Vegetable oil (I have odorless sunflower oil) 150 g
Flour 180 g
Starch (I cooked with both potato and corn - I did not feel the difference) 30 g
Vanillin taste
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the sugar with the eggs (I beat it with a blender whisk) for 2-3 minutes, until whitening, if the sugar is not all gone, it's not scary, it will be interesting to crunch. Add vanillin to the whitened mixture and pour oil in a thin stream without ceasing to beat (just by analogy with preparing mayonnaise). Result: a substance very similar to mayonnaise. In a separate bowl, mix well the flour, starch and baking powder. Put aside the blender, take a tablespoon and combine the liquid mixture with the flour. The dough turns out to be thick, of course not such as to roll into a ball, but it holds on a spoon with a confident ball, does not flow.
  • We heat the waffle iron (I did not bring the ready-to-bake button to light, but the surface was already hot enough). We spread it on a tablespoon with a large mountain, almost a ball is obtained on the spoon. We bake until cooked, it took me 5 minutes for one tab in the multi-baker. From this amount of dough in a large multi-baker, 2 tabs are obtained, that is, 8 pieces. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the waffles are fried very evenly. The color is even, without "spotting"
  • P.S. She took off with a wooden skewer for kebabs, piercing along and immediately on the grate to cool. While hot, the dough is very tender.

My immense gratitude Soneika... It is on the basis of her recipe for "Delicious crumbly waffle biscuits", by the method of long trials and selection of products, this recipe was "derived". She baked a waffle iron-hearts on a medium thickness. But on the panel for thick waffles it turns out very decently.
In the morning, the waffles are the same sandy as in the evening.

I want to add a photo of a mini-cake (17x12.5x6) from the same dough. Baked in a multi-baker 7 series pizza panel. Divided the dough into 4 parts. I baked 4 cakes. I took it off by slipping a thin cutting board (hot cakes are very tender). Smeared with whipped sour cream with powdered sugar. And voila! A small cake for homemade tea!
