Cheese biscuits in the Redmond Multi-Baker

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 cup
Butter or margarine 1/2 pack
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 pinch + a little to sprinkle on the cookies
Hard cheese, grated 1 cup
Egg 1 piece

Cooking method

  • Pour a cup of flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt into a bowl. Grind half a packet of butter or margarine with flour in this bowl, add a cup of grated cheese and 1 egg. (I had less cheese, but five different varieties). Knead soft dough, roll into a ball and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Pour a little coarse salt on the bottom of each mold, then the cookies will be, as it were, sprinkled in the end, roll up balls the size of walnuts and distribute them in shape with your fingers. Everything turns out very quickly and simply, I fill the dough to the top. Turn on the multibaker, in about 7 minutes they will be completely ready. Only a lot of butter is poured, next time I will put less, since the cheese is fat.

Coffeeberry, Elena, thank you for the recipe, such beautiful and delicious cookies. :: mail1: I took it to the piggy bank.
Irina F
Lena, thanks for the recipe! It's a pretty cookie! Layered)))
Coffeeberry
Natalia, IRINAthanks girls!
The cookies are good, you must bake. It really has a cheese-salty crust on the outside, and a layered sandy texture inside. If the cheese is without spices, then you can add them to your taste.
Bettina
I don't have the kurabye panels,: girl_pardon: but I want to try it in the donut panel. : secret: I hope it works!
Thanks for the recipe
Coffeeberry
Bettina, tell us later
On the contrary, I do not have a donut panel, but I think it is a little deeper.
Bettina
Elena, I baked your cookies. There were some adventures! You cannot do several things at the same time! Took 2 cups of flour! I knead, and the crumbs do not stick together! I looked at the recipe, and there ... I had to add everything else. I thought nothing would work, but:

It turned out 30 pieces. True, some were big. If I had put a little less dough, there would have been three more pieces. Dw, and indeed, the fat leaked a little. I had to wipe it off and then it was a little under the socket.
I like it. The only thing, next time, I will not add seasonings. And the kids said that the cookies must be sweet! But we'll see how long it has time to lie
Thanks again for the recipe !!
Coffeeberry
Bettina, the cookies in the photo are very cute!
I didn't sprinkle any spices at all, but my cheese was spicy - pecorino, dor blue, brie, parmesan and camembert. I didn’t add any flavors, but there was a lot of oil. But then again, it depends exclusively on cheese.
Was the oil washed out under the panel?
Bettina
Elena, I immediately wiped off the oil. And I only read about such cheeses. We don't have such people. I had a gouda and some other, I don't remember, for a long time already lay in the freezer. "Not tasty" was called!
Galaxy
syyyyr, I love everything cheese! I really only have grill panels, sandwiches and Viennese waffles. I'll try on Viennese waffles, the recipe is simple and very appetizing in the context, not to mention the appearance.the panel is cool, I have not seen such
Coffeeberry
Galina, Curabier panel, suitable for any cookie. It is possible in Viennese, just put a little less butter, otherwise, together with cheese, a lot of fat is obtained in the dough.
Accomplishment
Galina, only this is a socket for MP7!
Galaxy
Coffeeberry, thanks, I will take into account!

Accomplishment, for the little ones it turns out there is no such beauty ((is it interesting how the taste and quality of the cookies are influenced by the form in which they cook in the multi-baker?
Nathalte
Coffeeberry, Lena, thanks for the cookies.

Coffeeberry, thanks for the recipe! : rose: I really liked the cookies. I baked in the 6th baker, donuts on the panel, following the example of Bettina. Naturally, they look the same. I forgot to time baking.
Coffeeberry
Sibiryachka, Thank you! I myself often repeat it, only I reduced the oil by a third.
Sibiryachka
Coffeeberry, Elena, Yes? Me too, and next time I will try to reduce.
Oktyabrinka
Elena, and how many 1/2 pack of butter in grams, I want to bake, but the weight is not found
Alex315
What appetizing ones, I will try to bake on sticks, I think on which panels it does not matter much for this recipe, they are essentially universal all almost
