cinnamon 1 tsp
ground ginger (not added) 0.5 tsp
nutmeg 0.5 tsp
ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
cardamom 0.5 tsp
Filling cream
powdered sugar 70g.
sour cream 50g
curd cheese 50g.

Kesha rubbed the carrots with a grater for pancakes, did not squeeze. I squeezed the juice out of the orange. Eggs, sugar, then carrots, juice, oil are in the bowl of the combine. Mixed flour with baking powder, spices, sifted into the dough, mixed, the last seeds and dried apricots.
  • Baked in Nordic at 190 degrees C as recommended 40-50 minutes. In my oven, at 190, I began to tan, reduced to 170-160 degrees C.

By the way, I also make this cake-cake from pumpkin or carrot-pumpkin mixture, sooooo delicious. Sometimes I cut into 2 layers and smear with cream.

I reduced the granulated sugar to 60 g, but this is too sweet for me. Without ginger and pouring. I poured oils "by eye".
