Cooking method

  • Dear girls, just promise not to fight :))) I understand that this recipe is well known to everyone and is very familiar, but somehow it turned out that I just got to it, and then only thanks to our theme"Learning to cook playfully. Second grade.", where the party of Ilya Lazerson is held :)) Studying the work of the Maestro, I decided to start with a simple and not complicated recipe, I had a lot of pleasure, and the girls said that the recipe needed to be drawn up. Well, here I am and .... Let's start?
  • A pot of water is sent to the fire.
  • A finely chopped onion is sent to a frying pan with vegetable oil
  • Fast cheese soup from Ilya Lazerson
  • When the onion begins to fry, a grated carrot (on which Ilya Isaakovich insisted) is sent to it
  • Fast cheese soup from Ilya Lazerson
  • And then, girls, Ostap suffered, so also celery and red pepper (I didn't take a picture of the pepper, I got carried away)
  • Fast cheese soup from Ilya Lazerson
  • Then, when the water boiled, chopped potatoes were gurgled finely into it, like Olivier (words of the Classic)
  • Fast cheese soup from Ilya Lazerson
  • And separately, just not believing that I am doing this, mushrooms are grated on the same grater
  • Fast cheese soup from Ilya Lazerson
  • Well, that's it, then everything happened by itself: the sautéing and champignons gurgled into the soup, they were happily joined by two types of processed cheese: one tray and two rectangular briquettes (hmmm, girls, I didn't regret the cheese)), then we went there too two half-forgotten sausages in the refrigerator (sorry for the prose, but Ilya Isaakovich allowed this outrage in the video) and my favorite cilantro was added to the soup when ready :)))
  • Fast cheese soup from Ilya Lazerson
  • It turned out to be so tasty and so fast that I invite everyone to join :)))
  • I learned this beauty here:
  • - "Principles of making quick soups" :))
  • When preparing the soup, two principles of Ilya Isaakovich's quick-shots were observed:
  • - cut the food very finely;
  • - take only processed cheese.

The dish is designed for

Small but very tasty saucepan

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Vika, thanks for the recipe! Why do you say that everyone knows this recipe? I cooked this kind of soup in a completely different way. And now I will try this option.

Lazerson party is great! I’m going to visit you, if you don’t send me away ... I love how Lazerson cooks. Everything is simple for him, even that which is difficult.

Vika, and what kind of processed curds do you use? I have not cooked cheese soup for a long time precisely because the cheese curds have let me down - they will either take a crumb or give a taste that is not pretty. Just recently I was nostalgic for such a soup. If you or someone advises cheese, I will be very glad).
optimist
I'll eat cheese anyway

Lena, I always take Druzhba cheese for the soup. They have never failed.
Vika, I'm sorry I got in.
Gr-r-r
Robin bobin, well, I'll put in my 5 kopecks: for soup I take processed cheese friendship, most often in a trough, it goes faster ...
Robin bobin
Girls, thanks). So, soon we have cheese soup)

What kind of processed curds do you use?
Robin bobin, Lenochka, in general, I prefer to put melted cheese in trays in soups (This time it was "Yantar"), but this time I also put two briquettes ("Friendship"). Of course, I can voice the manufacturers, but since we live in different countries, I think this information is unlikely to be useful for you, alas (
gala10, Check mark, Gr-r-rNatulya, girls, thank you very much for your prompt help :)))
Gr-r-r
Robin bobin,

by the way, instead of sausages, you can put good dumplings ... I hope the soup will be to your taste)

Kinglet, well, if it is in our power, then ...)) Vikus, at least get in the way in the kitchen))) this is sacred))

I cook cheese soup in the Endever Soup Cooker. It is both quick and tasty. I add curd cheeses Druzhba "Onion", "Mushroom" cut into 1X1cm cubes to the soup and add them when the program is over. I press the blender a couple of times to stir them in the soup. Cheese melts well in hot soup and is invisible to the eye. You can feel the taste of cheese when you taste it. I add greens and sour cream to the plates, whoever wants.
kirpochka
Vikulya, thanks for the recipe !! I also cook this soup, but a little differently, and now I'll try it anyway)))

Of course, I can voice the producers, but since we live in different countries ...

Vika, Korolek, tell me manufacturers, please! We are from the same country. I took "Chester" from "Cheese Club", so it did not melt to the end in 20 minutes - small pieces remained. But it was all the same delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

By the way, I lived in Kharkov on Zalyutino at one time

Madison, hello, fellow countrywoman :))) I took two briquettes of processed cheese "Druzhba" made by Shostka and one tray "Yantar" made by Ferma. Everything melted perfectly :))) So I used to have small pieces left, but this time everything melted into an excellent tender creamy cheese mass I sincerely wish you a delicious and beautiful soup and it's better for me to be "you"
Madison
Vika, Thank you!
Kinglet
Madison, to your health :))) Honestly, I really like Shostka processed cheeses, I even take them with pleasure for cheese fondue Just now, unfortunately, Shostka trays with melted cheeses "Yantar" and "Friendship" have completely disappeared from my local supermarket "if they were available, I would take them, and leave the Farm on the shelf - it is obvious that something bad has happened to them lately: the cream 33% has some strange steel, settles after beating, butter 82% after three minutes after being removed from the refrigerator it becomes absolutely soft, but the processed cheese did not disappoint this time, I was very pleased and my daughter also liked the soup, so try it and let everything turn out super tasty!
Madison
Vika, thanks again!
"Ferma" is an ATB brand? I only saw their products there. And Shostka is in many supermarkets. I agree, they have good cheeses
Kinglet
Madison, yes, absolutely not for that, in fact :)))

"Ferma" is an ATB brand?
Honestly, I don’t know, I bought it in the Klass supermarket, I rarely go to ATB, I’m just not on my way, but Klass is closer :))) I sincerely liked the Farm before, but since July this year I have written it in black list, they are weird :)))

I didn't find how much water I needed.

I didn't find how much water I needed.
I cooked in a 2-liter saucepan, it turned out full. Therefore, take about 1.2 liters of water. The amount of water was not indicated on purpose, since each housewife still adjusts the density to her taste and the preferences of her family.

Vikus, take the report:
Fast cheese soup from Ilya Lazerson
What can I say? Delicious! Delicious. I will definitely repeat.
It was news to me to put cheese curds in soup directly with briquettes. I always froze them a little and rubbed them on a coarse grater. Try it somehow and compare.
Well, and mushrooms ... What champignons can be if the freezer is full of forest mushrooms? Now I will tease: there are assorted dishes in my soup. White, mushrooms and chanterelles.

If you wish, try my version of cheese soup as well:

Wow!!! Stunned !!! Indeed, you tease I can imagine how much it blossomed the taste of soup - yes, with such mushrooms, I only agree to smell it, not what it is :)))

So it was news to me too. I used to do exactly the same way as you And here - well, everything is very simple, this is the beauty of our training: it would seem - well, elementary, Watson, but thanks to Ilya Isaakovich and all our girls in the subject, that now I I will never grate cheese curds again - and there is no need to do it all of a sudden :))) And I don't like the grater after the processed curds to wash - hurray, hurray, I won't :)))

Thanks for the reference, I will definitely and certainly try: we respect such soups, well, your recipe is well, completely in our taste
Olga M.
Vika, thanks for the recipe, gala 10, they took it off my tongue, I also rub the frozen curds, they dissolve easily. But I haven't tried it with mushrooms.
aprelinka
Vikusya! Well, what a fine fellow you have laid out the recipe !!! I have not cooked soup with cheese in a thousand years. I want it already
and I was also pleased with the idea with dumplings. sometimes a few pieces will remain neither here nor there)))))
