Now I always replace the sour cream in this recipe with whey! You can also bake in small tins.

And the recipe for such a dough on kefir is as follows: 200 g of cold margarine on a grater. Mix with 2.5 tablespoons of flour, 2/3 tsp of salt. Add 200 g of kefir. Soda (2/3 tsp) can be added, or without it. Knead the dough quickly, not until smooth, the margarine pieces should remain for future flakiness. The dough must be kept in the cold for at least 2 hours, but it is better to leave it overnight.
