Ingredients

Yeast puff pastry 250 gr.
small egg 1/2 pcs.
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.
baking curd 15% 1-2 tbsp. l.
frozen blueberries a handful (32 berries)

Cooking method

  • Merry blueberry bunsPrepare the dough according to the instructions on the package, cut into squares. I have 8 squares. In the photo, the dough is cut into two recipes at once, from a 450 g dough package. 15 squares came out.
  • Merry blueberry bunsCut the squares in the corners, without cutting to the middle
  • Merry blueberry bunsBend two corners, as in the photo
  • Merry blueberry bunsBend the rest of the corners
  • Merry blueberry bunsPlace the blanks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
  • ANDMerry blueberry bunsMix cottage cheese with sugar
  • Merry blueberry bunsPut the cottage cheese on the blanks, put 4 blueberries on top, grease the dough with a beaten egg
  • Merry blueberry bunsBake buns in an oven preheated to 180-200C until golden brown (15-20 minutes).
  • Merry blueberry bunsServe sprinkled with icing sugar
