Ingredients

Ice cream:
milk 250 ml
cream 33-35% 375 ml
sugar 65 g
Brown sugar 65 g
curd cheese 225 g
yolks 5 pieces
rum 1 tbsp. l
vanilla
Bread crumbs:
black bread 250 g
butter 45 g
sugar 100 g
ground cinnamon 1 tsp
salt pinch

Cooking method

For the base, I used baked milk and very dark and aromatic brown sugar, so it turned out to be a real crème brлеlée in both taste and color. I could have added nothing more, but I had to use bread, so I did everything according to the recipe.

But when I took this ice cream to work, they not only ate it, but instantly dared and I received a bunch of compliments, which is amazing and wonderful, and in general Baskin Robins
Until recently, she kept intrigue and did not reveal the secret of the filler. Mostly they said that it was oatmeal cookies or gingerbread. It actually tastes like a spicy gingerbread.
