Pyan-se (sourdough steamed pies)

Ingredients

Dough:
* Sourdough 200 BC
* Water 200 ml.
* Wheat flour 400-420 g.
*Salt 2/3 tsp
* Sugar 2 tsp
* Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
FILLING:
* Cabbage 300 BC
* Minced meat 300 BC
* Pepper mix taste
* Coriander taste
* Soy sauce 2-3 st. l. (depends on the fortress)
* Garlic 2-3 cloves
* Sesame 2 tbsp. l.
* Bulb onions 80-100 g.
* Salt taste

Cooking method

  • We prepare the dough from the ingredients (it should not be steep, so when kneading the flour we add in parts, it may be required either less or more). We put in heat until the volume doubles. In the meantime, we are preparing the filling:
  • Shred the cabbage not too thin. Press the garlic into a press, add spices and soy sauce. Mix them with cabbage and leave to marinate. You can take any minced meat - pork + beef, pork + chicken, etc.). Mix the minced meat, chopped onion, sesame seeds and cabbage. Mix everything well. The filling is ready.
  • Divide the matched dough into portions, roll each one into a ball. We stretch it into a cake, 0.8-1 cm thick. We shape the pies. We spread the workpieces on a greased bowl of a double boiler. Cover with cling film and proving. We cook them for 35 minutes. So that they do not "shrink", it is better not to open the lid at the end of the cooking process, but to let the contents of the MV cool slightly, at least 10 minutes.
  • Pian-se is served with Korean carrots by cutting the pie in half and putting the salad inside. Favorite sauces are also served with pies.
  • Pyan-se (sourdough steamed pies)

Wiki
Delicious!
When I visit the Far East, I always buy. There are these cloak-pies on every corner.
In the eateries, there are steamers on the racks, and from them, in the heat, they sell pyanseshki.

In Vladivostok they say "let's eat a penny wearing glasses"

Thanks for the recipe!

ANGELINA BLACKmore
But when cooked at home, pyan-se does not smell as much as street food. Something is added there, which is not indicated in the Internet recipes. But the taste of the home is great. I tasted it with pleasure.

And delicious, too. Thank you for looking at my pyan-seshki)))
At the same time, she reminded me of them .... the filling is in the freezer. It is necessary to knead the dough, but also to cook the party.
