Bread maker Endever MB-58/59

For a long time I was looking for a small bread maker, so that it would take up a little space, and baked bread of a small size. In the end, I settled on this one. There were three test baked goods. The first one is made from ready-to-weight mixture from Auchan "Village". Baking on the main program. I was in such a hurry that I forgot to choose the crust color and weight. But it still worked out great. Only the crust is a little more crispy than it should be. The second bread was baked with rye and wheat on the Borodinsky program. And today she baked bread only from rye flour, without wheat, with malt, fresh yeast and a spoonful of apple cider vinegar. I kneaded the whole grain program on the program, then put the yogurt on the program for an hour, and baked pastries on the program. The bread rose very well, baked, it turned out to be very soft, fluffy, not at all like pure rye. I baked all the bread for three hundred grams of flour, I just don't need it anymore. In finished form, it turns out somewhere around 450 grams. Judging by the fact that even complex rye bread turned out well, it will probably cope with wheat bread too.
I tried to knead yeast-free dough. mixes well.

Girls, I'll raise the subject. What if somebody knows: models 58 from 59 only differ in color, or are there any differences in functions? I have not found....

I want to change my capricious Maxwell MW-3752 W for reviews, the more accommodating Endever, judging by what they write in the topic on it (for this Maxwell), so I choose. Yes, and I would like to raise the issue of HP in the profile topic (although I am grateful for the discussion in the topic on Maxwell MW-3752 W, otherwise how would I know about it ...)

Kestrel, hello. It looks like only color.

Hi Darina. I have a complete twin - delta dl-8007b. Only it is 650 watts. It also worked well the first time. I wanted to know if your main program in your hp matches mine? I have this in the description:
1. Kneading 10 minutes
2. Ascent 10 min
3. Kneading 15 minutes
4. Ascent 30 min
5. Kneading 1 min (actually 10 sec)
6. Ascent 14 min
7. Kneading 1 min (10 sec)
8. Ascent 39 min
9. Proofing - (no) so the program says
p.10 Ascent 39 min
p. 11 Bake 55 min

Thanks in advance.

Good day.
In the description, I do not have a "showdown" in the minutes and I baked on this program only once. I'll see if I'm in the mood, I'll try to make the timing.
I mainly use the whole grain program. And without any special problems, good bread is obtained, although usually everyone complains that it is difficult to bake from rye flour. But this little one does a great job with a tough test.

Darina46, thanks, you can break down whole grain, not necessarily the main one, it is interesting to compare, if it matches, then they are identical, probably.
By the way, I wrote the breakdown incorrectly for you, point 10 is a rise of 4 - 39 minutes. And baking 55 minutes.
And for me whole grain differs only in item 3, kneading for 20 minutes, item 4, lifting 25 minutes. The rest is the same as in the main one.

If anyone is interested.
The mixer from Redmond 1908 is suitable for this bread maker.
I have Redmond at my dacha and Endever at home.
They bake about the same.

Darina46how do you like the bread maker over time? I choose my first hp-in comparison midea -220AP-W and this model-endever -59, I really look forward to your opinion

There is no water in the Borodino bread recipe. Experimentally, I got 225ml for a small loaf of 450g.

Hello, please tell me, is this bread maker with touch control or just with buttons? the fact is that I can't see, that's why I'm asking, because I can't work with the touchscreen.
