The right bulb is white, the middle one is ordinary onion, the left one is blue. Moreover, in blue, there is a filling of baked meat without mushrooms, made according to the mushroom scheme. It turned out that the strips of bacon are sooooo long this time - this allows them to wrap the onion and bend the "tail" under the bottom. It turns out an additional "insurance" from the leakage of the filling. If the bacon strips are short, I would cross them under the bottom like chamomile petals. I really liked to bake in silicone molds - the bacon is well fixed and the bulbs do not fall.
