Banana Raspberry Pie

Ingredients

Dough
Flour / s 200 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 100 g
Butter (room temperature) 130g
Egg (C1) 1 PC.
Filling and filling
Banana 3 pcs
Raspberry (I have frozen) 200 g
Soft cottage cheese 250 g
Egg (C1) 1 PC.
Milk 300 ml
Vanilla dry pudding 40 g
Sugar 100 g

Cooking method

  • Banana Raspberry PiePour flour into a bowl, mix with baking powder and add sugar.
  • Banana Raspberry PieAdd softened butter and egg.
  • Banana Raspberry PieKnead the dough. It turns out to be elastic and does not stick to your hands.
  • Banana Raspberry PieRedistribute the dough according to the form (my size is 26 cm in diameter), previously oiled.
  • Banana Raspberry PiePeel the banana, cut into 0.5 cm circles and place on the dough, leaving room for the raspberries. I pre-defrosted raspberries (but not completely) in the microwave and put them between the bananas. Do not pour out the liquid from the raspberries!
  • Banana Raspberry PiePrepare the fill. Put soft cottage cheese and sugar in a bowl. Pour in milk, add an egg. Mix.
  • Banana Raspberry PieAdd dry pudding. I used vanilla.
  • Banana Raspberry PieStir with a whisk until smooth.
  • Banana Raspberry PieAdd juice from thawed raspberries to the resulting filling, mix and pour over the bananas with raspberries. Put the pie in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes until tender. The pouring should be completely set and baked. Be guided by your oven.
  • Cool the finished pie on the table and cut into pieces when it is completely cool.
