Omelet with smoked sausage and spinach

Ingredients

Eggs 4 things.
Spicy smoked sausage (chorizo) 120g (not too oily)
Fresh spinach 2 handfuls full
Salt pepper
Olive (vegetable) oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Peel the sausage and cut into slices.
  • Fry in a little oil.
  • Add chopped spinach and simmer.
  • Beat eggs with salt and pepper. I beat with a mixer at low speed.
  • Pour eggs into a frying pan with sausage and spinach. I helped with a spatula, twisting the seized edges to the middle.
  • Do not overcook the omelet on the fire to avoid becoming "rubbery."
