Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplants into 8 parts, and all other vegetables into 4 parts. Vegetables should be sliced ​​exactly like this, smaller slices impair the taste (checked!)
  • When peeling peppers, remove the inner partitions, they are very sharp - be sure to wear gloves.
