Ingredients

chicken breasts (for one salad bowl) 400 BC
cabbage (lower, salad part), 200-300 g.
potatoes - 2 pcs.
cheese - 200 (+ -) g.
eggs - 2 pcs.
milk 100-150 ml.
flour -1 tbsp. the spoon
mayonnaise
sour cream
n. oil (for frying)
lim. juice (citric acid) taste
salt taste
sugar taste
dill, green onion taste

Cooking method

  • Many people ask for a recipe, but I don't remember the name, I just know what I'm doing myself. The salad is not easy, despite the available products, it requires time and culinary skills.
  • Ingredients: I take products by volume (starting from the breasts), approximately the same, so that the layers are uniform:
  • Cooking. Since the process of preparing this salad is quite laborious, it is better to do it the day before (by laying the top layer of potatoes, before serving) or attract helpers.
  • 1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips, fry until tender, season with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Prepare an omelet from eggs, milk, flour, salt (I add a little starch). Fry with thin "pancakes" Cool. We cut. The photo shows an omelet and slicing.
  • 3. Peeled potatoes, cut into small strips, rinse from starch and fry in oil (salt), until cooked and beautiful golden brown color.
  • 4. Shred cabbage with small strips, rub salad with salt, sugar and lim. juice. Add dill, green onions (for an amateur).
  • 5. Rub the cheese on a medium grater.
  • 6. Make a dressing dressing for greasing the layers: mix well, whipping up mayonnaise and sour cream (thick).
  • Putting the layers together. I sometimes vary them, but the bottom and top layers are always the same.
  • We lay at the bottom of the salad bowl, smearing the layers: drip. salad, omelet, cheese, chicken. Let the salad sit and lay out the last layer of fried potatoes before serving.
  • Salad ready. Guests usually eat the whole thing, so I always make a couple of salad bowls.
