cottage cheese 200 g

Orange juice 100 ml
sugar 2 tbsp. l
Marinade:
orange zest 1 tsp
liquid honey 1 tsp
dried dill 1 g
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Juicy, fragrant fish on a pillow of lightly caramelized onions, and on top of the most delicate creamy soufflé! This light, juicy and very tasty dish will perfectly suit the festive table.
  • Salmon in creamy orange souffl Prepare the marinade: mix honey, orange zest, dried dill, salt and pepper. Lubricate the fish with this mixture and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
