  • We heat the cupcake until the green light is turned on, grease it and turn it off, so as not to rush to lay out the dough, with this method the bottom of the cake does not burn. We spread the dough.

I also thought that I would color it, like a halvich cake, which turns green when baked, but no, it did not turn green.

win-tat, Tanya! Here's a brand new cupcake! Thank you so much! I make all your cupcakes for this cupcake and every time I mentally thank you. Now I will make this one too.
And I have long learned to fight with non-combustion in this cupcake maker. I cut a circle from the old Teflon rug. Since I don't know how to insert a photo, I can just tell you. A circle of the required diameter, in the middle there is a round hole so that it fits over the protruding middle part of the waffle iron and on both sides of the circle there are small "ears" of this Teflon fabric, as some do on pizza mats. These ears, as it were, lie on the handles of the part to be removed, on which we pull out the cake ourselves. I also burned a little in this place.
The Teflon circle should be made with a diameter slightly larger than required, since it decreases a little during baking, I don't know how to explain it better. We kill two birds with one stone. And the baking does not burn, and the dough does not flow between the bottom of all structures, that is, the cake is easily removed, the bottom of the cake is not damaged. Whoever baked in this cupcake, he understands what I'm talking about.

Lenochka Masha Ivanova, thank you very much, I am very pleased that I like cupcakes!
A teflon rug is a great idea.
Helen, and to me on "you".

win-tat, thanks for the recipe, it's delicious to the point of disgrace - a quarter has already diminished with coffee.
Halvah melts during baking, turns into a wonderful pasta, but those pieces that were on the edges - because of them, the sides fell off. How did you get so smooth?

An, how much I bake, nothing falls off. Maybe you didn’t regret halva and put a lot, and when it began to melt, the edges turned out to be torn, only it comes to mind.
Anna67
win-tat, well, yes, there are halva according to the indicated weight, but in some places because of it the sides, and the rest lay down like stuffing:
