Ingredients

Soup bone
Turnip onion 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Sorrel large bundle
Salt 1 - 2 tsp l
Greens (parsley, dill) taste
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Oatmeal 1 handful
Sugar 1 - 2 tsp l
Citric acid (If sorrel is not sour) 1 / 2pers. l
Sour cream and chopped onions for serving taste
Hard boiled egg 1 PC

Cooking method

  • We cook any meat broth. While the broth is boiling, we make carrot and onion frying, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes or small cubes.

The colander is still young, it is in the 1950s, during the Soviet-Chinese friendship, and the crush is historical, it was made in Kolyma by the Gulag prisoners at the end of the 30s ...
