Ingredients

Beef (shoulder) 500
Medium sized tomatoes 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 1 clove
White bread 100 g
Milk 100 ml
Parsley, chopped dill 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the tomatoes, remove the juice with seeds with a spoon.
  • Soak white bread in milk.
  • The meat, cut into pieces, is passed twice through a meat grinder along with tomatoes, onions, garlic, herbs and bread. Salt, pepper, knead well.
  • Gypsy cutletsWe put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Gypsy cutletsThen we shape the cutlets, grease the baking sheet with oil, put our cutlets, sprinkle with oil on top.
  • We put in an oven heated to 200 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes.
