  • In the Miracle electric oven (or in the oven) I put the blue ones without tails in a circle, in the middle the whole pepper. Baked for about 30-35 minutes. to the softness of the blue. I did not open the lid for about 15 minutes, then I cooled everything. She removed the skin from the peppers and took out the middle with seeds. Blue skinned. I put everything in a colander and left it for a couple of hours for the liquid to drip.
  • I scalped several strong tasty tomatoes (scalded).
  • Then I put a bag in a square plastic liter bucket, put 2 tomatoes in a corner, then put 1-2 blue tomatoes (from the size) and a little pepper on top, 4-5 pieces. She closed the kulek, pressed it on top and evened it into the freezer. As she froze, she took out a bag in the shape of a cube.
  • These cubes can be easily folded in the freezer, they are compactly stacked like bricks.
  • In winter, defrost this cube and do what you want.
  • You can pass everything through a meat grinder, season with fragrant oil and get caviar.
