And there is no need to roll the cakes! And my favorite cream, sour cream. And so I decided in honor of the end of the first quarter (although there is nothing to celebrate there ) bake mead. And how fast it is! The dough is made easily and quickly. Baked 2 cake cakes in a Travolka. Then halve them. As a result, 4 thin cakes.
The only thing - I reduced the sugar, put 100 gr. into the dough. And I added sour cream to the cream. I threw it back overnight, in the morning it turned out 380 grams of net weight, there was 150 sugar. It was soaked in the room, then in the refrigerator. And now I am already eating. I poured a black chokeberry on top with sugar. Pure pleasure. Only you can't stand on the scales, what is really there ...
In general, a big gratitude from me. I will treat my family in the evening. I'm sure they'll like it too. I'll write it down in my notebook. It's so easy to do! And so delicious in the end
