Ingredients

Cream:

I sent the freshly bought cookies to the processor, ground them with a pulse to large crumbs, added 20 grams of cocoa, I didn't want too much cocoa, but it still "shouted" the honey. Turned on low speed. it mixed, but did not want to grind it into small crumbs. Well, at high speed, 3rd of 3, grind the same. And I poured the butter and honey in a trickle - everything mixed well, but did not stick together.

My sliding ring for assembling cakes - I refused to make an even circle of 16 cm in diameter, but 18 still turned out smoothly. Then everything was according to your scenario, of course the cakes and cream layers turned out to be thinner, but normal.
Having counted how much by weight I used, I divided it by 5 for the cakes, and 3 for the cream, and from the scales, so that everything was the same - into the form.

It froze overnight, and today I cooked half a portion Glaze on white chocolate I didn't have anything for the base for the icing, sour jam or jam works well, I poured it directly onto the cold cake in the form - back into the refrigerator. Half a portion of the glaze was not enough to smoothly and beautifully cover the 18 cm diameter.

In the afternoon, girlfriends came to my daughter, and of course they drank tea. We ate a piece. My daughter does not like any souffle and gelatinous, but she ate with pleasure. The layers of the cream turned out to be thin and it is not very clear that they are with gelatin. For me it is sweet, my husband should like it.
