And again, hello! .... A few years ago, I told you how you can repair noise and dust VES AX-747D... Now it's the turn of another unit from this manufacturer, namely VES AX-730.
So let's get started
The process does not stand still. The halogen heater replaced the metal heating element (TEN) of the airfryer. You won't surprise anyone else with a halogen - every second airfryer as a heating element on board has a halogen. But now new heaters are gradually coming into our life - CARBON. one of the first carbon was used in the airfryer SUPRA-1221... The advantages of this heater:

During the cooking process, it does not waste energy on heating the surrounding air. Heating occurs in a strictly prescribed place (heats food, not the room);
Cooks faster than air ovens with other types of heating elements. This is due to the fact that carbon elements heat up the hardest and fastest (up to 63 ° C in a few seconds);
Reduced energy consumption. Electricity is consumed for strictly defined cooking tasks. Extraneous consumers and energy consumption are absent;
Does not burn out. If the carbon heater is not shaken or dropped, it will not break;
High level of environmental friendliness. Such a heating element does not burn oxygen from the ambient air and does not emit anything into the atmosphere. And its radiation does not have a detrimental effect on human health;
Cooks with a golden brown crust. Supports several modes of cooking meat, one of which is frying;
Supports heating temperature quite accurately;
From the frequent change of modes (heating - cooling), carbon elements are not deformed or destroyed;
Highest efficiency. For some models, this figure is close to 95%.

Of the minuses, it is worth noting the fact that all plastic objects will have to be removed from the coverage area of such an airfryer. Otherwise, polymers can start emitting unpleasant odors. Also, in the area of its action, paper products may turn yellow. Carbon heaters are afraid of falls and sharp shocks.
Now about the actual revision. I got here a carbon heater for an airfryer with an opportunity ...Replacing halogens with carbon in the airfryer

PYSY: at a price the lamp cost 600 rubles, a protective casing with three racks another 600 rubles ..... repairs at 0 rubles (since I replaced it myself). As a result, everything turned out to be 1200 rubles. plus a bunch of positive emotions when cooking.

Valery! Congratulations on your successful renovation!
It was most likely not a repair, but a test of a carbon heater ... and the test must be said to be successful ... I have two airfryer 7 liters and 12 ... they rarely used a large one - from the photo you can understand that the space on the table practically not ... so after the replacement, the wife sent the seven-liter to the storeroom on the mezzanine ... now she cooks exclusively in the modified one ... the potatoes, by the way, it turns out like baked ... the meat does not dry ... and can only burn when provided if you deliberately try to burn it ... something like this ... now I ordered another 100 heaters ... slowly I'm introducing ... there have been no complaints so far (thu ... thu ... thu) ... only positive emotions from customers (there were 22 units under repair and 4 sold as components)

Respected! Could you tell me which wires to connect the halogen to? While the new one was brought in, I forgot how it was connected. Conveyor grill VES AX 730.

There, in fact, two wires should stick out from the old one ..... you can connect as you like - the polarity when connecting is not respected
Nikas
That's just the point - they pulled out. Maybe there is a photo of the circuit? I would be very grateful!
balerian1
no ..... I can tell you from the photo ...
Nikas
And there is Viber, otherwise there is no cable with you. My 050 141 40 40.
balerian1
There is no vibe .... one end exactly connects to a large bundle of wires (blue from the power board) ... there is also the largest crimp cap ... but the second, alas ... go to the red one. (which comes from the power board) .. but not 100% sure
Nikas
Sorry. Tomorrow I'll take a cable to work - maybe remember from the photo. I have now free black from the engine, white and red.
balerian1
there is no white ... black, red, brown and blue go off the power board
by the way: there are wire inscriptions on the power board ... if you look under the radiator, you can clearly see which wire goes where

PYSY: I removed the radiator
Nikas
Thank you very much. I will sort this out.

Everything is the same, only there is still a white one (with the inscription "com")?
balerian1
well then, alas ..... 730x there were two modifications .... you have to look at the board where the white goes .... take off the radiator .... maybe the white on the board is paralleled with some of the colored ones?

in mine, the blue wire on the board (common) came: 220 V from the plug, one end from the blower motor and one end from the halogen

balerian1, Valery, hello. Could you help me, I have a VES-747D airfryer like))) I bought it probably about 10 years ago, and for about 5 years I have definitely not been using it because the heating coil burned out (from memory halogen). Actually the question is, is it possible to install a carbon fiber on my model. And how to find (number, or article or some parameters). I can use a screwdriver, can I replace it myself?
balerian1
Yes, you can ... details - write to the PM
Call
Hello
Did you manage to connect the airfryer to the tenu?
I also don't remember how to connect
