Soup with fish meatballs

Ingredients

fish (I have a hake) 600 gram
water 2 liters
carrot 1.5 pieces
turnip onion 2 pieces
potatoes 3-5 pieces
garlic 3 teeth
semolina 3 tbsp. spoons
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
Bay leaf 1-2 pieces
greens (dill, fennel) bunch

Cooking method

  • Soup with fish meatballsClean the fish, remove the fins, wash. Remove the pulp from the bone.
  • Soup with fish meatballsPass the fish pulp through a mincer sieve with one onion, two cloves of garlic and half a carrot. Season with salt, pepper, add semolina and mix.
  • Soup with fish meatballsForm the meatballs from the minced fish. The size of the meatballs is just your preference. I do great.

  • Load all vegetables at once into boiling water, salt and boil until tender.

  • Soup with fish meatballsAdd chopped herbs, bay leaf and chopped garlic clove. Let it boil and turn off. Let the soup stand for 10 minutes and serve.

A very light dietary soup. I cook this on fasting days, when you can eat fish. Soup absolutely without oil and fried foods. Very good after lavish feasts. Recommend!
