Cooking method

  • Fill with water, bring to a boil, salt, add your favorite spices and cook for 30-40 minutes.
  • Then we take out the boiled fish components with a slotted spoon, and cool.
  • Then we carefully select all the bones, tear them into fibers.
  • Strain the broth through cheesecloth. Add fish pieces.
  • Pour half into molds and put them in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • We get the first dish, appetizer - jellied pike perch.

  • Initially, cutlets were planned. But pike perch fillet is rather dry. And so as not to fry in a large amount of oil to add juiciness, I decided to make a casserole.
  • All ingredients are selected for 750 grams of minced meat.
  • Scroll the fillet with onion and garlic in a meat grinder. The hand blender failed.
  • Put soda in kefir, leave for 5 minutes to boil.
