Melon lemonade

Ingredients
Melon pulp	250-300 gr
Sugar	4 tbsp. l.
The water is clean	100 ml
Mint	Twig
Lime	Half
Soda or drinking water with or without gas	On demand
Ice

Cooking method

First, let's cook the syrup. Pour 4 tbsp into half a glass of water. l. sugar and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. As soon as the syrup starts to boil
remove from heat (do not boil) and cool.
Punch the melon pulp, peeled and seeds, with a hand blender or in the bowl of a food processor until smooth.
Add the juice of half a lime and 3-4 tbsp. l. chilled syrup. Beat everything again. And send it to the refrigerator for cooling. This will be a concentrate for lemonade.
Place in a 250 ml glass under a couple of ice cubes and mint leaves.
Add 2-3 tbsp to the glass. l. melon concentrate.
Top up with soda or drinking water. Stir and serve with a straw.

Note

You can make lemonade not in portions, but in a large jug by adding ice, mint and pieces of melon pulp.
