Note

WITHOUT oil (for some reason) I forgot ...
Looks a little "clumsy", such a country guy. (I forgot the oil))) But the smell! I walked by, walked, licked my lips. Still hot ~ can't cut!
Now I could not stand it and scratched the corner from the bottom, I EATED !!! Ltd! So tasty! Looking at the night with honey and a curdled crust zatochuuuu!

PS:

Pour in the next. time!
nope, I won't! So Fkusnooo! already got it!

Today's straight pleased! Such a treat. About sesame and seeds: since the dispenser "does not dispense", I baked on the Main and threw them in right away. So ~ the seeds in the bread are not audible on the "tooth", HP ground them ... (?) ...
But the aroma, just some kind of fabulous and taste ... I will always do it this way. I marked everything for myself.

mamusi, and how much oil?

Ritochka, but I like clumsy ones, it can be seen - it turned out delicious.

Rita, I would also have fallen with you. You can eat a piece for me too

I did everything the same but on the fermented baked milk. Let's see what happens

I am reporting on Ritusin bread, which is "With the world on a string."
Bread with the world on a string-2 in a Panasonic bread makerBread with the world on a string-2 in a Panasonic bread maker
The result is a very tasty and aromatic bread. My changes: vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l. I still added, instead of honey 1 tbsp. l. brown sugar, seeds and sesame seeds are pre-calcined for 3 minutes in the microwave, without covering for 600 W. Dry yeast 2 tsp
I will definitely repeat! I dragged the recipe to my favorites.
Rita, thanks !!!
mamusi
gala10, Checkmark, did you bake on whey?
I’m wondering why MY was so gorgeous and moist (and without oil ...)))
And here's what I thought: my serum was STRONGLY unprocessed!
Partly the cottage cheese gave fat content ...
And if the whey is well strained, then probably ~ YES ~ add oil!
Galya, isn't it tasty?
( I will not die of modesty)))
gala10
Rita, yes, baked on unstrained whey from ryazhenka curd. But, nevertheless, the oil was also not superfluous.

Galina, Myakish-sooo good !!! I always bake with butter too. I'm so calmer.

Baked "with the world on a string", flour ts. it turned out that I did not notice how it ended, as a result

200g flour of 1 grade
80g rye flour
120gr of 2 grade flour
280g whey
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. honey (honey is very viscous, well, you can't take one teaspoon, it's getting more and more.
1 tbsp. fermented malt
1 tbsp. oat bran
1 tbsp. semi-skimmed flax flour
1.5 tsp Instant Pacmaia Yeast
1.5 tbsp olive oil
seeds, sesame seeds did not pour

It turned out to be a good kolobok, after the last cheating on the Main program, it seems 1h40 minutes before the end, I shook out the bun, took out the spatula, decided not to use the foil (but in vain), just divided the dough in half and half more in half, blinded 3 koloboks, one bigger and two smaller , put them in a bucket. I cut it with scissors from above, put it back in the stove. This is what happened, the bread broke easily, but it is very layered, for a clear division into bread, you still need foil

The bread is soft, layered, rubbery, I still shifted the honey, maybe not put it at all, but on the other hand, rye flour and malt love honey, well, in general, there is something to change and try. I liked the bread, my parents love gray bread, although what kind of bread from Panasik do they not like?
mamusi
Mandraik Ludmila, Lyudaaa, well, you are an entertainer! Three koloboks ... (three nuts for Cinderella)
You are smart with us. Try it next time with c / s when you buy.
She gives her zest. And DO NOT take away the honey, what are you? With honey it is special, in my opinion!
Mandraik Ludmila
Ritochka, My husband has already eaten one "kolobok" with botvinya for dinner, I will take the big one to my parents, so there is only one small one left. Very tasty bread, you do not need to remove honey, but you need to put it like you have 1 tsp, and not how I plopped "lope stuck", it turned out sweetish ... Rye flour and malt are very good with honey, the gingerbread taste is straightforward, unobtrusive, but so dear

Galya, how do you ignite?
I put sesame seeds (I have no seeds) on a saucer, covered with the second. At a maximum of 2 min. - burned out.
Then I put less power and a minute.
Need to close?

And I'm not covering up.
My micra has a maximum of 800 W and I keep it for less time, but in general I look out the window to see what is happening and take action in time. So for now I will work out any combination to the desired result and write it down!
$ vetLana
gala10, Waist, Thank you. I was afraid that the seeds would "shoot" and I covered them up.
gala10
Svetlana, they can actually fire at full power.
$ vetLana
gala10, Galya, I'll take into account.

Svetlana, how are you?
mamusi, Rita, delivered.

mamusi, Rita, baked. I'll post a photo later. In my opinion yeast 2 tsp. lot.
You will see for yourself. Cools down.

On mine too !!! And when I said that in my bread 2 spoons yeast?
$ vetLana
mamusi, you baked with pressed, and Galya with dry. She put in 2 tsp. Well, me too.
mamusi
Light, if pressed 6-7 g, then dry 1 spoon is taken !.
I don't know why Galochka decided 2 spoons, she knows better. But if I have to bake on dry I put 1 spoon. Natasha Taliya every day I bake with 1 spoon (even when I add c / z and rye to it) ...
And now I always add them ... to it. I began to like it more ...
$ vetLana
mamusi, Rita, next. times 1 tsp. I'll put in and buy seeds, otherwise I only have sesame seeds.
mamusi
$ vetLana, Svetul, and now I'm afraid that you won't like bread TODAY, and you won't bake it anymore!
$ vetLana
mamusi, Rita, I promise to bake with seeds.
I can't help but like it a priori. I trust you.

Here is my "On a String"
Bread with the world on a string-2 in a Panasonic bread maker
Delicious, but almost no seedless aroma
Therefore, I will definitely bake with seeds.
mamusi
Svetlana, curliness ... from an overabundance of yeast, do you think?
Nothing is clear from the photo ... Shot far away.
Is the roof cracked (from lack of water) or was it bugged from over-lifting?
Were there malt and honey?
Forgive me for asking ...

Yes.

From over-lifting. I added whey during the kneading process.
Quote: mamusi
Were there malt and honey?
There were. Everything is according to the recipe, except for the seeds.
Here are some closer pictures:

Svetochka, I think ~ the main thing is the taste of bread and the structure of the crumb. The beauty of the roof is secondary to me.
What do you think?

Rita, I agree with you. Now I ate bread with pleasure. The crust is excellent, so is the crust.
mamusi
Today I baked it again. I am very pleased with the result. I can already say that I tested the recipe!
The sesame seeds crunched deliciously, the seeds smelled and the crust was excellent. The bread is low. After all, it contains 200 g c / s of flour! The crumb is tender, perforated, moist.
Brought pictures.

Rita, great! Did you change anything in the recipe?
Waist
I also baked it, already 2 times with adjustments.

Instead of peeled rye flour, I also have whole grain flour.
There is no dry malt, so I added what I have - "Barley Malt Extract", 20 gr.
Instead of whey, skim milk.

The first time I looked during the kneading ... By about the middle of the batch, the bun was already tight, very tight, so that the shoulder blade tore it
Added 2 tablespoons of water. And I added 1 tbsp of olive oil. The gingerbread man softened and grew round.

I threw the seeds and sesame seeds right at the beginning, as in the recipe, but the seeds did not grind, and they remained almost intact, but soft and practically not felt on the bite.

It turned out like this with all my changes

Thank you Rita, it was delicious

Another half of a roll in the freezer, now I always ice it to preserve freshness.

Girls, do the seeds scratch the bucket hard?
mamusi
Waist, Natashaaa, I had enough water ... I don't know. Everyone's flour is different, the climate is different. You can add 10 grams of water or whey, I think!

Quote: $ vetLana
Did you change anything in the recipe?
Svetul, nope, didn't change anything. But I didn't forget the butter this time. Added. And she threw all the seeds at once, well, this is the same as in previous times.
This Bread is different than his older "brother" ~ "With the world on a string for friends ~ Panasonic members"
The same one goes with Hercules and there is less c / s of flour, flour of the 1st grade prevails. The loaf is fuller, whiter.
And this little brother is dark, all mysterious.
$ vetLana
mamusi, so you already have two With the world on a string. And I think why he became the second. And I somehow overlooked the first one. I don't have time to follow, let alone bake

We must bake the first one too. I bought seeds.

Svetik, they haven't scratched anything to me. I did not dry them, which is probably why everything is fine.

And I think why he became the second.
It so happened ... In the process of making the recipe separately, it turned out that the options are very different, so we made 2 separate

Natasha, good. I have fried seeds. Then just put the sesame seeds in the micra.
Waist
I stuffed everything raw And I think to myself:
What do people write about the taste of seeds? I can't feel it
mamusi
Svetik, I baked with both fried and non-fried. I don't see any scratches on the bucket.
But what about all the recipes with seeds, there are a lot of them on the site.
At least put in a dispenser, at least just in dough ~ there is probably no difference for a bucket? I do not even know.

I baked yesterday with seeds and sesame seeds. Delicious turned out. And beautiful.

Rita, on very fresh whey. It cooled down, and I immediately started to bake. It turned out very well. You're right: seeds have a completely different taste and aroma.

Light, yes! And he is so ... Maybe not often, but he wants to. Depends on the mood. Self-sufficient such. You can eat nischem *, as I say!
A delicacy in itself. (well, for me ...)))
Bettina
mamusi, and did you try to bake on water instead of whey? I never have it ... And in the store it is usually sour ...
mamusi
Bettina, you can bake on water, easily!
Everything will work out. But whey improves bread a lot! Try to make your own curd. You will like homemade curd and whey as a bonus!

I didn’t wait for an answer, but I baked this bread, just according to the recipe. A ladybug from friends, took serum from them. I really liked it. The seeds crunch so nicely, the crust is just lovely. But, unfortunately, no one else in the family liked it (in general, everyone has very different tastes, you don't know who to please!)
Sometimes I will bake for myself!
Oh, while I was writing and the answer came! Thank you, Ritochka!

mamusi, :
It's not scary for a breadwinner!

So, next time you can safely take the store!

mamusi
caprice23, Natasha, I am very glad that the bread was a success and I liked it! Good health to you and your family!)
And thanks for the photo, I just want a piece!

Margarita, thanks for the recipe. The bread came out of the stove the most beautiful: the "lid" is round, shiny, without flaws - very appetizing. The crust, according to the eaters (I didn't have time to try it myself), turned out to be very tasty, the crust is crispy. We ordered another oven the same.
mamusi, deviated from the recipe a little: instead of whey, I took water, which was slightly acidified with ascorbic acid, vegetable oil was replaced with ghee, and malt - with kvass wort concentrate.
