Semolina muffins for a delicious Sunday breakfast

Ingredients

semolina 1 tbsp.
kefir (yogurt) 1 tbsp.
egg 1 PC.
sugar 1 tbsp.
wheat flour 1 tbsp.
soda (I take baking powder) 1/2 tsp
chocolate, raisins, berries at will and taste
powdered sugar for decoration

Cooking method

  • Pour semolina with a glass of kefir overnight.
  • In the morning add the egg, stir, then add baking soda, sugar and flour, stir well and fill the muffin tins 2/3 full. If there is a desire, then we lay out the fillers on top - pieces of chocolate, strawberries, raisins, dates, whatever you like.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for about 20 minutes (until golden brown, you can check with a skewer). Serve with powdered sugar.
  • Bon Appetit!
