Heh from chicken hearts

Ingredients

chicken hearts (raw) 1 kg.
paprika 1 table. l.
red hot pepper 0.5 tsp
bulb onions 3 pcs.
sugar 1-2 tsp
salt, ground black pepper taste
dry basil, cilantro, cumin, savory
vegetable oil for frying
vinegar essence 1 table. l.
liquid soy 1-2 table. l.
greens: dill, parsley

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the boiled and cooled hearts into quarters.
  • 2. Cut the onion into rings and fry lightly in vegetable oil, add paprika, red hot pepper and stir quickly, pour the hot mixture onto the hearts.

  • 3. Mix dry spices and chopped seasonings
