Focaccia with potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoes small - 70 grams (unpeeled weight),
Flour 115 gram
Granulated sugar ½ teaspoon
Yeast 1 level teaspoon
Water 90 ml
Vegetable oil for greasing mold and dough
Salt ½ teaspoon and for sprinkling
Provencal herbs taste

Cooking method

  • Peel and grate the potatoes. Combine raw grated potatoes, flour, yeast and granulated sugar. Add salt and water. Stir to make a homogeneous lump of dough. Pour butter into the mold, grease it, put the dough in the mold and grease it from all sides with vegetable oil from the mold. Put it on for 30 minutes and rise at 40 degrees (I put it in a desktop oven). Then take it out, let it rest for 10 minutes, spread the flat cake with your hands, sprinkle it with salt and spices, and put it back at the same temperature for 20 minutes. Then preheat the oven at 230 degrees and put it on baking for 12-15 minutes.
