Note

Forgive me Dmitry Sokolov, author of a hot, low-alcohol cocktail called Peach enchanted by the sun, for borrowing such a beautiful name for his IceTe. Taking his hot cocktail as a basis, I made a cold version to my liking.
Here is the composition of the original cocktail for one serving (glass for Irish coffee):
- white rum - 50 ml
- orange liqueur (TripleSec) - 20 ml
- Peach syrup - 20 ml
- Black tea - 100 ml
- Peach puree - 30 g
- Orange - 40 g
- Lemon - 40 g
- Apple - 20 g
- Cloves - 2 g
- Ground cinnamon - 2 g
- Kumquat - 1 piece
- Mint - 1 sprig
Preparation: put in a glass of peach puree, add chopped slices of orange, lemon and green apple, pour in peach syrup, TripleSec liqueur and white rum, add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2 pieces of cloves. Top up the glass with hot black tea and stir gently with a spoon. Decorate with kumquat and a sprig of mint.

Therefore, it was decided to bake the peaches. It seems ripe, soft, and sour. The children didn't eat peaches, but they drank.

Yeah, she did it. You can't force your son to eat fruit, but with such smoothies, you can shove fruit into him perfectly.

I also shove fruits / berries in my own kilos. And so they eat, but little. And in drinks it goes well.
