Ingredients

Potatoes (boiled) 250 g
Rice (boiled) 170 g
Champignons (fried) 150 g
Carrots (peeled) 80 g
Onions (peeled) 80 g
Green peas (canned) 5 tbsp. spoons
Chicken eggs 4 things
Vegetable oil on demand
Butter on demand
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • I cooked rice, potatoes, carrots with onions and mushrooms at the same time.
  • Rice can be cooked in any available and desirable way, as long as it is crumbly. I had Jasmine rice that I cooked in a Zepter Marquiska pot. After cooking, I put a small piece of butter on top, let the rice go a little.
  • Potatoes can be cooked in any way, I cooked in a bag for baking potatoes in the microwave.
  • Fried mushrooms in a multicooker Redmond RMC-02 until cooked, pre-salting them and adding the spice "Porcini mushrooms and herbs" from Kotanyi.
  • I cut carrots and onions into rather large cubes, stewed them in a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan on the gas hob, pre-salt them and add the spice "Porcini mushrooms and herbs". Before the end of cooking, I added green peas to the onions and carrots.
  • She warmed up Tortilla Chef Princess at level 5, transferred it to level 4. Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes, salt, add the spice "Porcini mushrooms and herbs", fry for 3 minutes in butter. I added carrots with onions and green peas, mushrooms and rice to the potatoes. Stirred, fry for 2 minutes.
  • I added a little salt and spice "Porcini mushrooms and herbs" to the eggs, beat it with a fork.
  • I poured eggs over the contents of the pan. Cooked for 4 minutes with the lid closed. Turned over, cooked for another 3 minutes. Turned it off. Let it stand for 3 minutes with the lid closed.
  • It turned out to be a delicious and satisfying dish.

Note

I found the casserole recipe in an old cookbook, in the section of Bulgarian cuisine. This dish is called the Olympic casserole.
The amount of ingredients I have specified is ideal for our Tortilla. You can vary the amount of food to your liking, such as reducing the amount of rice and increasing the amount of potatoes.
