Rye-wheat bread with malt on rye sourdough

Ingredients

Rye flour 350gr
Wheat flour 250 g
Whole grain flour 100 g
Sesame 20g
Leaven 130gr
Salt 3 h. Lodge
Sunflower oil 5 tbsp. lodges
Malt 5 tbsp. lodges
Water 450 ml.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. lodges
Honey 2 tbsp. lodges

Cooking method

  • Brew 300 ml of boiling water 5 tbsp. malt bed, cool. Put the rest of the ingredients in a bucket / oven, add seasonings to taste (I add 1 tablespoon of coriander). I put on the "dough" program, and then the "French bread" program. (I put on a delay of 11-13 hours at night) I got such a piece of bread this morning.
