Ingredients

mulard meat 1 carcass
Antonovka apples 300g
honey 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
water 100 g
salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

Wash and dry the meat, cut into portions, coat them with a mixture of salt, pepper and honey.
In the "Baking" mode, fry the slices for 30 minutes in vegetable oil.
Add melted apples and water and cook in "Stew" mode for 1.5 hours.
The apples were from the previous year, sliced ​​and frozen.
Cooking is easy, but delicious.
