Knyshy with herbs and garlic

Ingredients

Flour 240 g
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Salt 0.25 tsp
Egg 1 small
Vegetable oil 50 g
Vinegar 9% 0.5 tsp
Water (I have a return from cheese) 50 g
Green onions + any favorite greens on the beam, but in general it does not mean anything ...
Garlic, if jusai was not present among the greens taste
Salt and pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Sift flour, add baking powder and salt, mix. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, vegetable oil (I took the fragrant fried Kuban oil), vinegar, water (or any other tasty liquid), beat briefly until smooth, pour into flour and knead the dough. Send it to the refrigerator for half an hour, as usual.
  • Chop green onions and greens, add crushed garlic (I put 4 cloves), salt and pepper, grind until soft.
  • Knead the dough, sprinkle the table thickly with flour, divide the dough into as many parts as you like - well, not too finely ... Roll out into thin circles, put the filling on the half of the circle, cover, more filling on the "cover", fold in half, you get "several layers" triangle. Now they can be greased with yolk and sent to the Princess, oven (200 * C) or airfryer.
  • After baking, the author advises to grease the knits with the remaining filling, but I have no more of it!
  • Delicious both hot and cold. Also, the author says, the filling will be tastier if you add diced feta cheese or boiled eggs to it.

Note

The recipe from the site "Grandma's Kitchen", thanks to the author under the nickname Sergey. He told about the Belarusian cuisine, and also wroteal: "A dish of Belarusian cuisine, prepared with potatoes, cottage cheese, with various fillings, such as jam, sautéed onions with cracklings and other equally tasty fillings. Our grandmothers prepared this dish on holidays such as Christmas Eve, Annunciation. Knyshs were presented to carols, with they were visited by relatives and godfathers on the Christmas holidays, they were carried by children to their midwives. "

I only slightly reduced the amount of oil (as usual) and added jusai to the filling. And, as usual, I do not pretend to be authentic (I mean, I'm sorry if something goes wrong!)

But tasty, tasty, tasty !!!
