Toast bread rolls baked with cheese

Ingredients

slices of toast bread 6 pcs.
slices of ham (sausage, meat) 6 pcs.
hard cheese (semi-hard) 100-150 gr.
greens taste
egg optional
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut off the crust from the toast bread, roll out the pieces of bread with a rolling pin, in the direction of the grain. Put a thin slice of ham or other meat on the rolled piece, sprinkle with grated cheese, gently roll it into a roll (you can dip it into a beaten egg with a fork) and put it in a greased form, sprinkle generously with cheese and send it to an oven preheated to 180C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve to the table, sprinkled with chopped herbs, we really love such rolls for morning coffee.
