Instant Oatmeal
Chopped nuts (any) option
Any seeds (sunflower, flax, sesame) option
White unfermented dry malt option
Honey
Banana pulp, mashed

  • This is another option for the disposal of cake.
  • The previous recipe was with flaxseed flour, this one is cooked with oatmeal with the addition of banana pulp, since flaxseed flour gives viscosity. There is not enough of it. Banana compensates for this and gives a very pleasant aroma. The second result is much tastier.
  • Cooking is just as easy. Pre-pass the cake through the middle grid of the meat grinder. Mash the banana with a fork. Then mix everything. Add only a spoonful, achieving a viscous consistency. There are no exact proportions, since everything depends on the moisture content of the cake.

  • It is very important to let the mass stand for 30-40 minutes so that the flakes swell. Then shape the cookies.
  • Dry in an electric dryer for at least 6-7 hours at temperatures up to 50 degrees. In the finished form, the sweets are soft on the inside and dense on the outside - the state of a marshmallow. So don't overdry.
