We take out the finished meat from the broth, cool and free it from the bones.
  • We twist the meat into a meat grinder with a fine grate twice, dilute with broth to the desired consistency, bring to a boil and put it in sterilized jars, twisting with sterilized lids.
  • Just in case, sterilize again in a water (10 min) or steam bath (20 min), cool, check if the caps are pulled in and put them in the refrigerator for storage. If the caps are not pulled in - it doesn't matter, these jars can be sent to the freezer.

Now caveats: of course, you can cook a child fresh every day, but I feel uncomfortable and have no time, the rabbit is not an instant product, and Ulyasha eats not on schedule. There is a way out - meat puree in jars. I roll up the whole rabbit at once, if something suddenly does not fit into the jars, then I put it in bags and freeze it, I add this meat to the soup.

An important clarification: in order to avoid allergic reactions and unnecessary stress on the stomach, it is recommended to cook meat dishes for small children in secondary broth and dilute meat puree not with meat broth, but with vegetable or boiled water.
