  • also into four parts. It turned out 32 pieces of dough. She rolled each piece into a thin
  • rectangle. Of course, it's easier to roll out half of the dough at once and then cut it. But
  • I can't roll it evenly.
  • Minced meat. Chopped 5 onions in a chopper. Fried in sunflower oil.
  • 500 grams of boiled beef was also chopped in a chopper (so as not to wash the meat grinder)
  • I added meat to the onions and also fried a little. Salted and pepper.
  • I added finely chopped boiled eggs and dill to the cooled minced meat.
  • The minced meat was divided into 4 parts. I put a quarter of the minced meat on a flat plate and
  • divided into 8 parts.
  • On each piece of rolled dough, put the minced meat in a strip, 1 cm away from the edges.
  • I rolled it into a tight tube. The edges were not pinched.
  • Put it on a baking sheet. One holds 16 pieces.
  • Smeared with yolk mixed with yogurt. One yolk was enough.
  • Baked in a preheated oven at 180 gr for 30 minutes.
  • Pies can also be filled with raw ground beef. Fry the onion with minced meat.
  • And then everything is according to the recipe.
