Cooking method

  • a little sour cream and cheese, any hard.
  • It is better to buy small breasts. Ideally, 6-7 pieces per tray. No need to beat back at all. It is necessary to cut along the length not to the end. Open it like a little book. Season with salt and pepper. Cinnamon will come in handy here. Now along the "fold line" lay the dried fruits tightly in a row one after another in one line. Usually comes in 3 pieces. Large ones can be cut.
  • Close the edges of our pocket by pulling the edges slightly over each other.
  • Now estimate and select a suitable heat-resistant cookware. Lightly grease each zrazin with vegetable oil. Put in a tray (I have glass at home, teflon at work) TIGHTLY TO THE FRIEND. After all, they are not fastened by anything, not chipped, not stitched, not glued. Do not be afraid, it should be.
  • Put in a hot oven-with convection and grill - 180 degrees.
  • Top-bottom-200 degrees.
  • For about 25-35 minutes. + -
  • Landmark not by the oven, but by the size (weight) of the products!
  • I, towards the end, pull out the baking sheet and grease with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese.
  • I take it out. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
  • Look like that's it. Ask.
