Pollock with vegetables (DELONGHI FH1394 MultiCuisine)

Ingredients

Pollock (fillet) 350-400g
Freeze Hawaiian Vegetable Mix 200g
Carrots (Korean salad) 100-150g)
Adyghe salt pinch
You can use mayonnaise, sour cream
mozzarella cheese optional

Cooking method

  • The recipe is my complete improvisation. More suitable for our new theme Lazy Club)))
  • I do everything very quickly, after work when I have no strength, and my family is accustomed to have a fresh and hot dinner every day.
  • At the bottom of the baking bowl (if it's completely lazy to wash, then we use disposable aluminum baking dishes) lay the Hawaiian frozen mixture.
  • Put the fish fillets on the vegetable mixture, and Korean carrots on the fillets. You can grease everything with mayonnaise, sour cream or grated cheese.
  • I didn't grease it with anything today, I just added a little mozzarella cheese, but it didn't get very caught ... it didn't melt at all. But nevertheless it is fast, tasty and very even dietary, although satisfying.
  • I cooked in Kuzinka, at Pizza, 22 minutes level 2.

Tan, it's not fair! I bought a good cod fillet while I was driving home trying to figure out how to cook it. No, there were only 2 options, and both according to your recipes: coho salmon cutlets and pollock in your breading in an air fryer. I have already cooked using these recipes, and with different fish and I really liked it. I decided to split it in half and make some cutlets and some fillets. Pleased with myself, I sat down with a laptop to drink tea and wander around the Bread Maker. Wandering around! Now 3 more recipes have appeared! And I want it too,: girl_cray: but I don't have so many fish
