Marinaaaaa, we will always find a place: girl-yes: The waffle iron is a very necessary WEIGHT.
Yuliya K, Julia, thank you. May like waffles. Very tasty with cabbage.
kristina1, to health
Dina, Dinochka, bring me. No, the dough is thicker and as grainy.
We made similar cutlets according to the Galochka recipe, now I remembered, there it seems they added eggplant. And here I got hooked on chickpeas in different versions, so I switched to waffles, they are without oil, not fatty and at least some additives can be shoved there.

Tanyulya, I think for the second day how to make a dough on chickpea flour. While buying it, I forgot why. It was the same with white chocolate.
And a question: the recipe says Chickpeas (raw)... What is it like? Are the chickpeas soaked already? Is the chickpea already boiled?

Wildebeest, Sveta, for example, I thought "raw" - in the sense of "dry" And after your question I also doubted! Maybe the weight of already soaked - washed?
Tanyulya
Weight of chickpeas already washed, but not boiled. The chickpeas were simply soaked overnight, the water was drained and washed.
Pre-cooked chickpeas make the dough thinner.

Tanyulya what an interesting recipe. what do they taste like? soft or crunchy?
Svetlana, well, finally you have handsome guys! let’s describe the taste!
Cvetaal
Irishkina, the wafers are not soft and not particularly crispy, you can feel the chickpea graininess in them. I liked them more immediately after baking, the next day they crumbled a lot. Next time I'll add another egg. They go well with various "spreads" with vegetables, chicken breasts.

Irish, with boiled it will be softer, but this is a different recipe))
Tanyulya
Irishka, boiled with a completely different taste. Then try first on cutlets or add cabbage, zucchini, eggplant.
And with boiled chickpeas, I need more flour, but here count one chickpea. I love these waffles, there are cutlets with lecho or tomato sauces.

And I! And I! But raw chickpeas are weighed, do you accidentally remember how much you need to soak dry to get 350 grams of raw?
Believe it or not, I barely found chickpeas in the store, everyone dared. Probably they read your recipes
Wildebeest
Tanyulyalet me kiss you. We really liked the waffles. I did it all the same from boiled chickpeas. I will repeat it unambiguously.
