I liked the dough itself, it was tender, but it tasted rather bland. But that's easy to fix next time. Adyghe filling + a little hard cheese, egg and green onions with dill. Baked in the oven. I ate one warm one with pleasure.

Elena, I would increase the amount of salt in the dough, instead of a pinch I would add 0.5 tsp. I added soda according to the recipe, stood with it for about half an hour. The consistency has not changed, but the taste of the curd has become cheesy.
