Nut milk in the Kitfort KT-1101 screw juicer

Ingredients

Nuts (I have almonds)
Boiled cold water

Cooking method

  • As promised, I'm posting the recipe. I attach a video to the recipe for clarity. Immediately I apologize - my camera takes only 10 minutes and turns off. Apparently something is in the settings. I would be grateful if anyone could advise on how to fix this.
  • So, nut milk.
  • The most difficult thing here is to prepare the nut. First, peel it off. Secondly, soak so as not to kill the juicer.
  • Not so long ago, I became the owner of this wonderful unit
  • Nut milk in the Kitfort KT-1101 screw juicer
  • and already fell in love with him terribly. Now juices are included in my family's menu and I am so proud that I vitaminize my family every day.
  • but back to the recipe ...
  • So, I have almonds.
  • Nut milk in the Kitfort KT-1101 screw juicer
  • Any nuts will work fine here though. Best of all, of course, cashews - no need to peel and the nut is soft. But very expensive. To peel almonds, you first need to scald them and then chill them. To do this, dip a sieve with nuts into boiling water first, and then into ice water. Thanks to Mana Sanadorushka for the advice! And also to everyone who responded to the call for help in I am looking for a recipe ...
  • Now the nut must be soaked in cold water overnight. Drain the water in the morning, rinse the nut.
  • The nuts will become very tasty - straight milk, tender. It is good to make Turkish delight from such. Now let's get down to making milk so as not to eat the semi-finished product.
  • Nut milk in the Kitfort KT-1101 screw juicer
  • Everything is clearly visible on the video. But I will describe the process further.
  • So, we send nuts to the throat of the juicer alternately with water. The ratio depends on your taste. Recommended for about a spoonful of nuts - two tablespoons of water. I poured the water so that the milk level in the juicer was kept at about the same level.
  • As a result, I got:
  • on used 200 grams of nuts, it took about 2.5-3 cups of water. The cup holds 170 ml. water. At the exit, I weighed the cake: about 40 grams. It is perfect for pasta, biscuits, fillings, bread.
  • Nut milk in the Kitfort KT-1101 screw juicer
  • The total milk yield is about 650 ml.
  • The cake is like a powder. The fractions are quite small, tiny. The smallest fractions are also felt in milk.

The dish is designed for

650 ml.

Time for preparing:

10-15 minutes

Cooking program:

Auger juicer

Note

Almond milk has an extraordinary taste, I can't even describe it. Very greasy. It's a pity I can't measure the fat content. An incredibly useful thing. I cooked it repeatedly. At first they drank just like that. In the refrigerator it is great for several days. Exfoliates, but recovers with stirring. I'm not sour.
On one portion I baked pancakes on baking powder. Very delicate pancakes, silk. I really liked it.
Next time I want to try peanuts. Since almonds do not give a strong nutty flavor. I also want to make yogurt.

With love, Your Tumanchik

Thank you for the video. And if you add lecithin to the finished teaspoon and punch it with a blender, it will not delaminate. But the poor do not have time to exfoliate before the refrigerator does not survive

And we have cashews and almonds almost the same. Great idea to try peanuts
ang-kay
More fractions will remain in peanuts. He's somehow harder.

Well, this is if you are not allergic to nuts. I don't have such a juicer. I was just trying to make dessert, I put it out. So everything turned out plastic with cashews, but before that I tried it with peanuts and did not achieve uniformity. The nut was soaked for a day. Here, of course, there is a different principle. But I made pasta from peanuts, from fried and normal. Fig knows what influences?
RepeShock

And I like the taste more from unpeeled almonds
Tumanchik
I made peanut paste in a meat grinder. but there is another goal - plasticity. right there - squeeze out the juices)))
what can I say. I'll try - unsubscribe. I would have soaked the peanuts, but I want to fry them first. and now laziness)))

Here's what is written about him
Doctors recommend taking lecithin on an ongoing basis. I give children as important support for brain function! The can is very large and lasts for a long time. The eldest daughter's taste is like this particular lecithin. Let's try other types of lecithin. Plant lecithin is the most beneficial for humans. Today, many experience metabolic disorders, and lecithin improves the absorption of vital vitamins A, E, D, K by the body, and also reliably protects cell membranes from damage, provides nutrition for the entire human nervous system, and is also the main structural component of the myelin sheath of the brain and nerves. fibers (about 30% of the brain and 17% of the nerves are composed of lecithin). Lack of lecithin in the human body is often the cause of irritability, fatigue, insomnia, depression, nervous exhaustion, memory impairment, and decreased attention. The use of lecithin is also advisable in the treatment of neuritis, neuroses, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, with traumatic and infectious lesions of the nervous system, with mental and physical overload, for the restoration of motor and mental functions of people who have suffered a stroke, for the prevention of heart attack or in post-infarction period, for the treatment of atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, hypertension, cardiomyopathy, heart failure, anemia (anemia). Lecithin stimulates bile secretion, improves the composition of bile, restores the structure of the liver, normalizing fat metabolism in it, and also has a softening effect on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract, is useful for activating the body's immune defenses, helps to improve the growth and development of the child, has a positive effect on his memory , concentration, mental ability. Regular use of lecithin in baby food is necessary for various disorders of the central nervous system, delayed speech development, increased excitability, fatigue, enuresis, frequent diseases of the digestive system and respiratory system. Take with caution with exacerbation of cholecystitis, pancreatitis, cholelithiasis

We ate this lecithin ... And more than one can ... Well, I did not notice any effect ...
For myself, I concluded that it is better to eat products containing this or that substance. The body will figure out how much it needs and assimilate better ...
Well this is so ... my IMHO

Irish, try sesame seeds. Kids will not have extra calcium
Hold the seeds in cold water for only a few hours (to activate)

Tumanchik, Irina, what an interesting recipe, and how I passed by! I looked at this juicer for a long time, even at a very nice price I wanted to take it (in discounted goods), but did not have time, it is still a pity. And an idea came to me - of course (I don't argue about tastes) I like boiled milk more, I'm here and going to make it in a soup cooker (Dobrynya), and I thought that how cool it would be to pass the ready-made finely mixed mixture through a juicer. Do you think it will work out, or will it be too small (finely broken nut will "crawl" through the auger sieve)? I understand that you cannot imagine, since you do not own a soup cooker, but it is essentially a hybrid of a blender with a kettle. That is, imagine about after the blender (well, the nuts are well ground with water), can you pour them there so that she (the juicer) squeezes it all out well?
Or do I have another crazy idea again?
Tumanchik
Anna, forgive me please, I noticed the current!

you have a great idea! everything will definitely work out. the main thing is to scald the technique with boiling water so that the milk does not turn into kefir)
