Curd cake Amazing

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 270 gr.
Butter 150 gr.
Sugar 250 gr.
Large eggs 3 pcs.
Vanillin 1.5 gr.
Raisins 100 g
Flour 300 gr.
Baking powder two and a half tsp.

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat the softened butter with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • 2. Add cottage cheese. If the curd is grainy, wipe or punch with a blender. Beat the mixture until smooth.
  • 3. Add all the eggs at once, beat the resulting mass again.
  • 4. Now sift all the flour with baking powder on top. Pour washed and dried raisins on top of the flour. Now mix everything with a spoon or spatula until smooth. We get a rather thick and viscous dough.
  • 5. Grease a baking dish with butter and powder with flour, transfer the dough into it and put in an oven preheated to 165-170 degrees, bake for 60 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool, then release it from the mold.

Thanks for the recipe. I baked small muffins (20 came out), baked for 40 minutes at 165 degrees without convection. Perhaps it was the sweet cranberries, which I put instead of raisins, but the sugar seemed to me a bit too much. And the crumb is great!
