Condensed milk parfait and coffee

Ingredients

Cream from 30% fat 200 ml
Condensed milk 110 g
Coffee 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Condensed milk parfait and coffee
  • Making coffee. I took 2 tsp. instant coffee and 100 ml. boiling water. I did a double portion. Then we cool the coffee until cold.
  • We combine coffee and condensed milk.
  • Whip the cream.
  • Combine cream and condensed milk with coffee.
  • Condensed milk parfait and coffee
  • We cover the form with a film and spread the resulting mass to make it easier to get it.
  • You can not cover the form with a film, but then apply it with a spoon.
  • Another option. Arrange in cups.
  • Then put in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
  • You can put in cups for at least 1.5-2 hours.
