Mousse with jelly

Ingredients

instant jelly 30 grams
baby vanilla curd (pasty curd) 200 grams
Greek yogurt (sour cream) 100g
sugar (if cottage cheese) 1 tbsp. spoon (75 grams)
gelatin 10 grams
water for gelatin 60 grams
water for jelly 200 grams

Cooking method
